Trains other associates. Knowledgeable in all areas of the KCC assembly program. Interfaces with other Team Leads and Supervisors as needed. Essential Functions: *Acts as the Team Lead for the assembly area *May generate reports and data *Assigns work and tasks to assemblers *Reviewing / screening assembled devices for defects *Ensures schedule & production commitments are maintained *As required, will wear appropriate PPE *Follow established Company procedures and policy *Keep work area clean and organized *Supports company direction and objectives *May require lifting of 50/lbs.
