Chief Financial Officer
A leading program, construction and project management consulting firm is seeking a growth oriented - career minded Chief Financial Officer/Controller to join its team. As the corporate Chief Financial Officer/Controller, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and business office functions including all reporting and financial analysis of all business practices. This individuals responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, developing and enhancing Financial Management System, Accounting Policies and Procedures, Forecasting and Budgeting. The successful candidate will have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, must be a strategic thinker who can organize, execute and report ideas and results, ability to perform with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and business ethics and be able to work well in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements:
Qualifications; Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of financial/accounting experience in the service and/or consulting industries, preferably with project accounting background. Must prepare financial reporting, perform internal control evaluation, process improvement, project management experience and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Corporate Taxes experience a must. Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with strong Accounting Discipline. MBA and CPAs are preferred.
Salary is commensurate upon experience and qualifications.
