NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED – LIMITED CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
We are currently conducting interviews for a highly lucrative position in Sales and Agency Development in our Palm Desert Field Management Office. In this position, you will ultimately market insurance (risk management services and products) and financial services to individuals, families and businesses in the Palm Springs & Surrounding Areas, after completing an extensive training program; a program where you will learn and earn along the way to building a new, rewarding (secure) career with a residual income. We offer a 2 year guaranteed income of $36,000 for the first 12 months, and $48,000 second year (plus commissions). A $5,000 bonus will be paid upon completing the first 12 months of the Career Agent program, for eligible bilingual candidates.
As a licensed Agent, you will be responsible for:
*Prospecting and meeting with clients
*Analyzing and making product recommendations
*Developing and maintaining client relationships
