* Job Summary:This two-year residency program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills of Seventh-day Adventist graduates who are interested in a management career in the health care industry. Management Residents are provided the opportunity to experience all aspects of daily operations within one or more departments including but not limited to Marketing & Public Relations, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Business Development, Facilities/Construction, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Quality Resource Management, Information Services, Philanthropy, or Risk Management.
***New for 2012:*** We are pleased to announce that a three month international rotation has been added to this program. A specific location will be determined from over 30 partner sites based on projected needs.
Management Residents will participate in management workshops, interface with department heads, and work on special projects. This position offers a full salary with employee benefits and a relocation/travel allowance. Reimbursement for the cost of an MBA or CPA will be considered after completion of the program and upon receipt of a full-time job offer.
Several Management Resident positions will be available. This position will begin work on July 1, 2012.
Job Specifications:Candidates must be Seventh-day Adventists who are in their Senior year or who have graduated within the last 12 months from an accredited institution, with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. The preferred majors include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communication or related field. Master's-level students may also be considered.
