Summary: Nursefinders? Branch Director/Clinical Director is responsible for implementing the business affairs, directing staff, implementing policies developed by the Governing Body, understanding State Licensing Laws, directing and maintaining the quality of clinical services. We are licensed in homecare for private duty. Our ideal candidate is an RN, has excellent business acumen with experience in running a business, and has prior sales experience. Other duties include: ? Interprets and executes the policies; implements program planning, budgeting, managing and evaluating the business and clinical services based upon community needs and Nursefinders? resources and policies. ? Maintains ongoing liaison among the Governing Body, its committees, the Professional Advisory Committee and staff. ? Employs qualified personnel and evaluates staff performance and provides planned orientation and in service education for personnel. ? Prepares a budget for approval and implements financial policies, accounting systems and cost controls. ? Assures an accurate public information system and maintains Nursefinders? compliance with licensure regulations and standards. ? Coordinates and manages all services rendered to clients and families by direct service staff and contract workers under his or her supervision. ? Directs assigned personnel in the delivery of home care services to clients and families. ? Evaluates the clinical competence of assigned home care personnel directly and participates with appropriate supervisory staff in the evaluation of other direct service staff. ? Participates in direct services staff recruitment, selection, orientation and inservice education.
Requirements:
Education and License: ? BS in nursing or other health-related field preferred. ? RN, currently licensed (in good standing) in state where office is located and services are provided. Experience: ? A minimum of three (3) years? experience as an RN, with increasing supervisory experience, two (2) years? home care experience required. ? Verification of experience and skills required to practice in specialty areas (i.e., pediatrics, oncology, rehabilitation, IV therapy, maternal/child, etc.).
