Quality Control/Indexing Technician - Primary Care (Rancho Mirage) Department: Primary Care - Uihlein Building (2nd floor) Status: Full Time Shift: Days Hours Per Shift: 8 Hour Shift Job Details: * Job Objective: The Quality Control/Indexing Technician is responsible to ensure that all records scanned into Horizon Ambulatory Care (HAC) are of the highest quality possible. QCI Tech is responsible for scanning and indexing all documents to the appropriate patient folder/encounter utilizing the correct document name. Education Required: High School diploma or ical Assistant Courses, Nursing Assistant Courses Experience: Prefer 1 year previous clerical experience in a Medical Record department or other healthcare setting.
