Job Description
Reports to the Residential Living Manager or Shift Supervisor.
Responsible for providing proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and to assist them in accomplishing their goals. Determine, recommend and arrange student visits to counselor. Direct unit activities as designated including unit government and unit courts. Patrol and monitor dorms and center as required. Assist with recreational activities for students on and off center. Transport students to and from recreational functions, airport or bus stations as required. Prepare the morning report and pass list. Support and promote center zero tolerance policies. Direct students & assist in the cleanup and maintenance of the dorms. It is expected the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned.
Salary range: $12.39-$18.59

High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in dorm living situations, working with at risk youth ages 16-24. Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record. Drug screen, background check and DMV check before employment.
