California MENTOR is seeking a
Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.
Qualifications Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related human service field and a minimum of 18 months experience in the management of a human delivery system
OR
- 5 years of experience in a human service delivery system (in lieu of degree) including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position
And
- 3 years of experience or training in 1) care and supervision of clients in a licensed adult day program or adult day health facility, or 2) care and supervision in one or more of the categories served by the day program.
